The design of 258 Sunview Street is comprised of a single site with 3 separate buildings and focuses on pedestrian access. The site slopes from south to north and the buildings transition from 12 storeys to 6 storeys.

The levations use colours and material treatments to break the form into smaller elements that provide a pedestrian scale and a rhythm along the buildings from south to north. The 12-storey towers step from south to north with balconies tapering to the south. Several amenity terraces take advantage of the varying steps and transitions, offering tenants different views of the surrounding city.
