How to Play Tennis – Tennis Introduction

Ever wanted to learn to play tennis, but have no idea where to start? The best way to learn is to take some classes or find a friend who can play and hit the courts. But if you're afraid to look like a rookie out these basic rules and playing tips before going to the courts:

"The basic equipment: tennis racquet, and a short tennis.

"The lines painted on the Court are: service lines: the closest parallel to the grid lines (on each side of the network). Base Reference: The parallel line further from the network is called the baseline. Alleys: The two long strips on both ends of the floor, perpendicular to the network.

In singles tennis, the streets are considered "out" So, if the ball bounces in them, does not count. But double game, the streets are "in"

"Every game begins with a service. The player who starts behind the line in the right side of the court and hits the ball in the service area (the table on the opposite side of the courtyard, between the street and the Middle-yard) wide.

The ball-must bounce once in the box to be considered a good service.

-A server receives a two tries to hit the region .. If you lost every time, its opponent gets a point.

"If the service is the person voting must hit the service, either before it bounces (if you know that ball would be in) or after it bounces once. If it bounces more than once, the server receives a point.

The person returning must hit the ball the net, and can bounce anywhere side opponent of the court.

"Both players hit the ball back until the missing person, if it has not been lost gets a point.

A player wins a game after have scored at least four points and two wins.

"The next game, another means person and follow their time, game after game, until someone wins the set. In general, to win a set, the player must win at least six games, and two more than his opponent.

"A match consists of a series of games played in more games to win the game.

Remember that this is a basic means to play tennis, there many other strategies and rules to learn to play a "real" pro-style game. All that or just stick a few balls around can be fun and a great way to exercise!
