running in Tennis Shoes right?

no "tennis shoes" … but tennis shoes. You know like Babolat. coul show mine .. http://www.tennis-warehouse.com/descpageMSBAB-BPULSE.html im not intend to carry long distances, because I shoe for this, but you know, typical runs made during playing tennis again execution orders, running back, dodging that. because im majorrr problems and theyve Shin worsened in recent four years. The use of tennis shoes Preformance optimize (speed, balance & feel the earth), comfort, and many of them have different technologies. These things can help tennis a little better, to some extent and are good to play with less risk of injury. But as a contribution to improving / Comfort for shin problem is not really part of an aid. It is a little better for wear, but it's still better to do: You should consult a doctor and taking the time to recovery (lots of rest and some medications can be orthepedic shoes wud help a lot) Make sure your shoes fit and bind you correctly, the most athletes Shin problems have simple things like that.
